28-year-old shop owner arrested for allegedly def!ling 14-year-old girl in Adamawa

The Adamawa State Police Command has arrested one Aliyu Musa (28 years) a resident of Mubi town for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl. The arrest followed by a complaint made on September 12 at Mubi South Divisional police headquarters, that on the 11th September, 2025, a young sales girl aged 14 years sought shelter in the suspects shop while it was raining.  The spokesperson of the command, SP Nguroje, while confirming the incident, said The suspect took advantage of that and allegedly lured her into the inner part of the shop, where he forcefully had unlawful carnal knowledge of her.
