Afghanistan’s Supreme Leader, Hibatullah Akhundzada, on Monday said the country has entered a phase of victory, security, and stability.
In a message marking the arrival of Eid al-Fitr, Akhundzada said the milestone was achieved through the sacrifices and resilience of the Afghan people.
“Through the sacrifices, patience, and perseverance of the Afghan people, we have reached the stage of victory, general security, and stability,” he said.
He also urged foreign countries to avoid interference in Afghanistan’s internal affairs.
“Everyone should refrain from interfering in Afghanistan’s internal affairs,” he added.
Akhundzada further called for unity among Afghans and appealed for support for citizens returning from neighbouring countries.
He said, “We call for unity and support for Afghans returning from neighbouring countries.”
