Big Brother Naija star Beauty Tukura has reassured fans that reality TV personality Ilebaye Odiniya is now safe following a disturbing social media livestream that sparked widespread concern.
Earlier on Saturday, Ilebaye triggered panic online after appearing in an emotional Instagram livestream where she was seen crying and pleading for help. The BBNaija All Stars winner also appeared with visible facial swelling, leading many viewers to fear she had been assaulted.
In the now-viral clip, Ilebaye repeatedly called for assistance while attempting to leave the location where she was reportedly being held.
“Please come and help me,” she cried during the livestream. She was also heard saying, “Come and open the door; I want to be going.”
As concern intensified online, fellow BBNaija All Star housemate Beauty Tukura took to X to seek urgent help locating Ilebaye in Abuja after communication with her reportedly stopped.

“Please who can track a number? Ilebaye isn’t reachable anymore. She was about to send her location. Please, who can help? She said she’s in Abuja,” Beauty wrote.
Hours later, Beauty provided an update, confirming that Ilebaye was no longer in danger.
According to her, the reality star is currently safe and would speak about the incident herself when she is ready.
“Ilebaye is no longer in harm’s way. She is fine and will tell her story in her time,” Beauty stated.
The incident has continued to generate reactions across social media, with fans and supporters calling for clarity over what transpired. As of the time of filing this report, Ilebaye and her management team had not released an official statement regarding the alleged assault.
