BBNaijas Uriel Oputa speaks from the heart as she condemns online shaming of women over motherhood choicesBBNaija star Uriel Oputa has shared a deeply emotional message addressing how women especially public figures are often judged for their choices around motherhood and reproductive health. In a heartfelt post, the reality star expressed frustration over how conversations about womens personal lives have turned into public debates. She said its disheartening to see people, particularly other women, drag and criticize those who choose to give birth naturally, through surrogacy, or via IVF. According to Uriel, no matter what a woman does, it never seems to be enough. She wrote that people forget these are real human beings with emotions, silent struggles, and private pain. So what if a woman brings a child into the world? she asked. Instead of celebrating life, people start comparing, saying things like when I was breastfeeding, I didnt do this or why didnt she do that? Everyones story is different. Even siblings from the same parents arent the same. She went on to question why people feel entitled to analyze womens lives, mentioning names like Toke Makinwa, Tiwa Savage, Hilda Baci, and others who often face intense public scrutiny. Are you them? she asked pointedly. Everyones journey is unique. Nigerians can really be shameless sometimes. In her caption, Uriel added that its disturbing to see people bring a woman down for creating life. She urged people to check their hearts instead of constantly criticizing others. I hate seeing other women being pulled down, she wrote. Its disgusting. Ask yourself why youre not progressing its your heart. Ill continue to defend Toke or whoever I wish. BBNaijas Uriel Oputa speaks from the heart as she condemns online shaming of women over motherhood choicesBBNaijas Uriel Oputa speaks from the heart as she condemns online shaming of women over motherhood choicesThe post BBNaijas Uriel Oputa condemns online shaming of women over motherhood choices appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
