Nigerian influencer and self-acclaimed relationship blogger, Okoro Blessing Nkiruka, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has once again stirred reactions online after sharing a video that revealed noticeable changes in her physical appearance.
The controversial social media personality became a trending topic after fans observed what appeared to be discolouration on her hand in a recent clip posted online. The development quickly sparked concern and speculation among followers, especially amid the ongoing controversy surrounding her alleged stage 4 breast cancer diagnosis.
Months ago, Blessing CEO claimed she was battling stage 4 breast cancer and reportedly shared a medical report as proof while soliciting financial support from members of the public. The document was allegedly issued by Xinus Medical Diagnostics and carried the signature of consultant pathologist, Dr O.A. Odigwe.

However, the medical facility later denied the authenticity of the report, accusing the influencer of presenting false medical documents. Xinus Medical Diagnostics stated that the original report belonged to Deborah Mbara and had been issued in May 2025.
Reacting to the controversy, Deborah Mbara, a makeup artist and cancer survivor, alleged in an Instagram video that Blessing CEO had pleaded with her to share her cancer report so she could compare it with another report. Her statement further intensified public scrutiny surrounding the influencer’s claims.
Despite the backlash trailing the controversy, Blessing CEO’s latest video has reignited discussions online, with some social media users expressing sympathy over her visible body changes while others remained skeptical about her earlier cancer narrative.
