Former President Muhammadu Buhari will be laid to rest at his Daura hometown in Katsina State on Tuesday.
The Katsina State Governor, Dikko Radda, disclosed this at a media briefing on Monday in the state capital
He said the decision to bury the former Nigerian leader on Tuesday followed consultations with his family and close associates in London,
The governor said Buhari’s body would arrive in Katsina at noon on Tuesday.

According to him, the late former President will be buried by 2:00 p.m on the same day.
Meanwhile, the Federal Government delegation led by Vice President Kashim Shettima, has commenced the paper work for the release of Buhari’s body from the hospital in London.
The 82-year-old former Head of State died on Sunday at the said hospital in the British capital, following a prolonged illness.
