A businessman, Alhaji Isiaka Fatal Onisowo, has been reportedly arrested by joint security forces for his alleged link with armed bandits in Kaiama Local Government Area of Kwara State, DAILY POST reports.
The Kaiama-based businessman, dealing in new motorcycles, was arrested alongside three other suspected bandits at about 1500hours on Monday by a joint security patrol team comprising soldiers, Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, the police and the Department of State Services personnel.
According to credible security sources, “Alhaji Isiaka Fatai Onisowo was tracked and linked to having connections with terrorists.
“They are in Army custody, Kaiama LGA, undergoing interrogation,” the source revealed.
The identities of the three other suspected bandits could, however, not be obtained at the time of this report.
