Content creator Carter Efe produced a composed and clinical performance to defeat street-hop artiste Portable by unanimous decision and claim the celebrity boxing title at Chaos in the Ring 4 in Lagos.
The bout, held at Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, saw Efe take control across all three rounds. Judges scored the contest 30-27 in his favour, handing Portable his first defeat in celebrity boxing and ending his reign as champion.
Portable had entered the fight unbeaten, with victories over Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington earning him two belts. He had publicly targeted a third title in the build-up, declaring his intent to stop Efe.

Efe, however, dismissed the threat and delivered on fight night. After weathering an aggressive start from Portable in the opening round, he settled into a measured rhythm, using counterpunching to blunt his opponent’s attacks.
The second round highlighted Efe’s growing control, as he landed cleaner combinations while Portable struggled with accuracy, often throwing wide and ineffective shots. The pattern persisted into the final round, with Efe dictating the pace and maintaining composure until the bell.
The victory marks a significant upset in the entertainment boxing scene and crowns Carter Efe as the new celebrity boxing champion.
