Chelsea defender, Marc Cucurella has reacted to the club’s sacking of manager Enzo Maresca.
The Premier League west London club had sacked the Italian ahead of their match against Manchester City on Sunday.
Reacting, Cucurella expressed gratitude to Maresca and his coaching team for their time at Stamford Bridge over the past 18 months.
In a post on X, the Spanish player conveyed his best wishes for Maresca’s future projects.
Cucurella said: “Thank you for everything, mister, and to your staff. Thank you for the work and the trust from day one, and for the memories! Wishing you all the best in your next chapter. Good luck, boss.”
