Manchester United manager, Ruben Amorim, has said he expects players who are not getting enough minutes, to ask for moves away from the club in January.
Amorim believes that players will start thinking about their World Cup places.
Two examples of such squad member are Joshua Zirkzee and Kobbie Mainoo.
Without regular games, the duo are in danger of missing out on a place at next summer’s World Cup with England and Netherlands, respectively.
United already rejected a request from Mainoo to leave in the summer.
“A lot of things can happen,” said Amorim when asked about the January window.
“Even in our club, and you know that we have the World Cup, some players are not playing, they will ask to leave, so I have to manage everything.”
