
Fulham head coach Marco Silva has applauded Alex Iwobi’s stunning strike in the club’s home win against Tottenham Hotspur, DAILY POST reports.
The midfielder netted the second goal in Fulham’s 2-1 win at the Craven Cottage on Sunday.
Iwobi side footed home from outside the box in the 34th minute of the encounter.
It was the Nigeria international’s fourth Premier League goal of the season.
Silva described the magnificent strike as one of the best he has seen from the 29-year-old .
“It’s one of his best goals, he is capable of these types of things. He is stronger when he tries to choose a corner and make a strong pass,” Silva said after the game.
