Iran military bombs Iraq

The Iranian military has bombed the Kurdish groups in neighbouring Iraq.

According to the state news agency, IRNA, three missiles were fired at the headquarters of opposition groups.

Videos released by the Iranian propaganda channel Press TV showed impacts at the positions of “anti-Iranian separatists.”

Recall that the US media recently reported that President Donald Trump was considering arming Kurdish groups to incite an uprising against Iran’s leadership.

However, the White House denied the reports.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed that Trump had spoken with Kurdish leaders in the region regarding the U.S. base in northern Iraq.

DAILY POST reports that the Kurds are an autonomous ethnic group of an estimated 30 million people living primarily in Iraq, Iran, Syria, and Turkey.
