Real Madrid forward, Kylian Mbappe, on Monday withdrew his complaints against Paris Saint-Germain over alleged harassment and attempted extortion.
However, according to L’Equipe, Mbappe is still maintaining his appeal regarding the €55 million he is claiming from PSG.
Recall that Mbappe had filed a lawsuit against the French champions for alleged attempted extortion and also trying to force him to sign a new contract in 2023 by banning him from training with the squad.
A judicial investigation was opened following a complaint from the France international concerning moral harassment.
The complaint, which was filed on 16th May, targets PSG’s handling of Mbappe’s situation in the summer of 2023, when the 26-year-old was excluded from the club’s first team.
But two investigating magistrates have been assigned to the case and investigation formally opened some days ago.
Mbappe left the Parisians as a free agent to join Real Madrid last year.
The former Monaco player has been impressive for the Los Blancos so far.
