Minister of Works Dave Umahi’s brother marries Ebonyi Governor Nwifuru’s sister

Cynthia Nwifuru, sister of Ebonyi State Governor Francis Nwifuru, has married her longtime partner, Engr. Silas Umahi, who is the brother of Nigerias Minister of Works, Engr.
