The Nigerian currency, the naira, gained N10 against the American dollar on Monday after trading at N1,410/$1 for the last four consecutive days.
The local currency gained N10 against the British Pound, trading at N1,900/£1, as against the previous day’s N1,910/£1.
The naira continued to close flat against the Canadian dollar to trade at N1,000/CA$1.
The naira gained N5 against the euro, trading at ₦1,610/€1, as against the previous day’s ₦1,615/€1.

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) is yet to release the official exchange rates as of the time of filing this report with the naira closing at N1,356.88/$1 last week’s Friday.
