They were freed on Saturday, 29 November, following a swift, intelligence-led operation by troops of Operation HADIN KAI in the southern Borno axis.
6. Troops of the 28 Task Force Brigade, Sector 4, Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK), have successfully repelled a large-scale attack by ISWAP/Boko Haram terrorists in Chibok Local Government Area of Borno State. The incident occurred in the early hours of Saturday.
7. Anambra State Police Command confirmed, on Saturday, the recovery of two female bodies believed to be among three Cameroonian women who were allegedly kidnapped in the state. According to the police, the bodies were discovered in the Omambala River in Anambra West local government area.
8. Katsina State Police Command says it has foiled a bandit attack along the Kandawa‑Dankar road in Batsari Local Government Area, recovering two AK‑47 rifles, 24 rounds of live ammunition, and a Boxer motorcycle. The spokesman of the command, DSP Abubakar Sadiq, in a statement made available to newsmen on Saturday, said the suspected hoodlums were attempting to block the Kandawa‑Dankar road in the Batsari local government area of the State.

10. Troops of 12 Brigade Nigerian Army, in collaboration with other hybrid forces, on Thursday rescued 21 passengers abducted by bandits along highways in Kogi. The 12 Brigade’s spokesperson, Lt. Hassan Abdullahi, confirmed the rescue on Saturday. Abdullahi said the passengers were abducted on Thursday along the Kabba-Obajana road axis, where two security personnel lost their lives during the rescue operation.
