Patrick Bassey has been unveiled as the new head coach of Nigeria National League, NNL, club, Ranchers Bees.
The Kaduna-based club unveiled the new tactician at a brief ceremony at their headquarters.
Bassey expressed confidence he will deliver on the team’s for the new season.
“They’ve given us a target, to promote the team to the Nigerian Premier Football League (NPFL). That is what we are working towards,” the former Nigeria U-15 (Future Eagles) coach stated after his unveiling ceremony.
“We want to bring joy back to Kaduna and to the fans of Ranchers Bees, to show that this club has come to stay and will bring glory once again.”
Ranchers Bees will compete in Conference D of the 2025/2026 NNL season, where they are set to face tough oppositions including Gombe United, Yobe Desert Stars, and Kebbi United, among others.
The new NNL season is scheduled to commence on Saturday, 8 November.
