The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kimiebi Ebienfa, has revealed that no Nigerian has been killed in the fresh Xenophobic att@cks in South Africa. While speaking on Arise TV on Sunday, May 10, Ebienfa saidIt is true that we have been receiving very disturbing videos from South Africa, where different groups are clamouring for foreigners, especially blacks, to leave the country. It is also true that Nigerian businesses in South Africa are affected by the ongoing protests, but it is also good for me to put on record that no Nigerian has been k!lled as a result of the ongoing protest. We witnessed de@ths last month, April 21 and 25th. The two Nigerians that d!ed in South Africa were not as a result of the protests but rather they were arrested by the police. One of them d!ed while in police detention and the second one was tortured while in detention and d!ed while in the hospital.''He said the Ministry had a fruitful meeting with the South African consulate last week on the safety of Nigerians. Watch the video of him speaking below     View this post on Instagram           A post shared by Lindaikejiblog (@lindaikejiblogofficial)    The post No Nigerian has been killed in the fresh Xenoph@bic attacks in South Africa - Ministry of Foreign Affairs appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
