Fernabahce manager, Jose Mourinho has insisted that nothing was easy for late Liverpool forward, Diogo Jota.
According to Mourinho, Jota had to fight a lot, adding that he was not from this generation.
Recall that Jota and his brother Andre were killed in a car road accident last Thursday in Spain.
The duo were buried on Saturday in Jota’s hometown of Gondomar, Portugal.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Mourinho said of Jota: “When people leave this world, normally we all say ‘he was such a nice guy’, but Diogo was really a nice guy. He had my agent [Mendes], I know a lot about him.
“He’s a kid that nothing was easy for him, he had to fight a lot. He wasn’t from this generation. Protagonism found him because of his talent.
“The history is crazy. Three kids without a dad, a young woman without her husband, the parents without both sons. It is crazy and difficult to understand.”
