In Owerri, Kun Khalifat were defeated 1–0 by Katsina United. It was Katsina United’s first away win of the season, with Richard Christopher’s 36th-minute strike separating the teams.
At the Samson Siasia Stadium, Yenagoa, Bayelsa United lost 1–0 to El-Kanemi Warriors. Sadiq Mohammed scored the winning goal for El-Kanemi on the stroke of 45 minutes.
