Ikorodu City have promoted one of their most promising U-19 players Akinbiyi Sodeeq to the senior team, DAILY POST reports.
Sodeeq has also signed his first professional contract with the Oga Boys.
The midfielder has been impressive for Ikorodu City in the youth league this season.
Sodeeq is expected to fight for a place in Bright Ozebagbe’s team.
Ikorodu City are pushing for a place on the continent next season.
They currently occupy fourth position on the league table with 38 points from 24 matches.
