The Nigeria Women Football League, NWFL, has revealed nominees for the Player of the Month for January.
The players are Abasiofon Uwah, Kareem Ramatalahi (Rivers Angels), Ismail Zainab (Ekiti Queens), Akekoromowei Janet (Bayelsa Queens) and Atume Doosur (Edo Queens).
All the players listed recorded outstanding performances for their various clubs in the month under review.
Meanwhile, four coach have also been nominated for the Manager of the Month award.
They are Danjuma Christopher( Nasarawa Amazons), Tosan Blankson ( Rivers Angels), Whyte Ogbonda (Bayelsa Queens), and Moses Adaku (Edo Queens).
The winner of the Player and Manager award will be decided through votes cast by fans.
DAILY POST recalls that Robo Queens’ Rafiu Tosin, and coach, Emmanuel Osahon, won the awards in December.
