Olise helps Bayern seal comeback win over Freiburg

Michael Olise was in action for Bayern Munich as they came from behind to seal a 6-2 victory over Freiburg in a Bundesliga clash on Saturday.

Olise scored twice and provided a hat-trick of assists as the champions faced a stunning start as the visitors took a 2-0 lead after just 17 minutes.

Bayern, who had not lost in the league since March, responded superbly and had restored parity by half-time.

Teenager Lennart Karl, Harry Kane, Dayot Upamecano, and Nicolas Jackson were the other goalscorers for the Vincent Kompany team.

It was a 10th victory in the first 11 games for Bayern, and they sit eight points clear of second-placed Bayer Leverkusen.

Freiburg remain 10th in the standings.

Bayern visit Arsenal in the Champions League on Wednesday with both sides having a perfect record of four wins so far in the league phase of the competition.
