Ortom consoles Senator Abba Moro over loss of son and grandson within the space of 48 hours

Samuel Ortom, the immediate past Governor of Benue State, has expressed shock over the de@th of the son and grandson of the Senate Minority Leader, Senator Patrick Abba Moro.  Terver Akase Media Adviser to H.E. Samuel Ortom, disclosed this in a statement released Monday, October 20.  According to Akase, Chief Ortom describes the incident as a heartbreaking double tragedy that words can hardly express, and notes that the pain of losing two family members in such quick succession is beyond comprehension," Akase wrote in the statement.  Ortom says the de@th of Victor Moro, a young man full of promise who had just completed his studies in Turkey and returned home to serve his country under the National Youth Service Corps, only for his life to be cut short in a fatal motor accident is especially devastating.  The former Governor states that the tragedy has not only thrown the Moro family into mourning but has also brought great sorrow to all their friends relations and associates, particularly those who know Senator Moro as a committed public servant and leader. This is indeed a moment of deep pain and sorrow for my brother and friend, Senator Abba Moro. No words are enough to console a father in this kind of situation. My heart goes out to him and the entire family.
