British broadcaster, Piers Morgan has revealed what Cristiano Ronaldo wants as the Al-Nassr forward went on strike.
Ronaldo refused to play in Al-Nassr’s recent two matches against Al-Riyadh and Al-Ittihad in the Saudi Pro League.
The Portugal captain is said to be very angry with the PIF because they didn’t back Al-Nassr during the winter transfer window, while other teams like Al-Hilal got support.
However, speaking on the development, Morgan insisted that the five-time Ballon d’Or winner wants a level playing field.
He said this in a tweet via his X account while responding to an X user, @AAHMED0708, who criticized Ronaldo for his actions.
“Bullsh*t. Cristiano has revolutionised Saudi football in a way nobody else could have done,” Morgan tweeted.
“He just wants a level playing field,” he said.
He added, in another tweet, “I fully understand why he [Ronaldo] feels the way he does, and he has my 100 percent support.”
