Singer FKA Twigs sues band The Twigs amid ongoing name dispute

FKA Twigs says she is done being targeted over her stage name and is now asking a court to intervene in an ongoing dispute with indie duo The Twigs.According to legal documents, the artist, whose real name is Tahliah Debrett Barnett, is seeking a judicial declaration to stop the group from sending cease-and-desist letters over alleged trademark conflicts.The dispute dates back to 2014, when the sister act, made up of Laura and Linda Good, filed a trademark claim against her.
