Thailand, Cambodia ceasefire after weeks of deadly border clashes

Thailand and Cambodia have announced an immediate ceasefire, bringing a temporary halt to nearly three weeks of violent clashes along their disputed border, which have left dozens dead and displaced almost one million civilians.
