Barcelona is considering a move to sign Chelsea winger, Pedro Neto as an alternative to Marcus Rashford.
Rashford joined Barcelona on loan from Manchester United last summer and has impressed this season for the Blaugrana.
The Englishman has scored 10 goals and registered 13 assists so far for the Catalan club.
Barcelona have the option to sign Rashford for £26.3m at the end of the season as part of their loan agreement with the Red Devils.
However, according to Mundo Deportivo, Rashford is ‘well-positioned’ to join the Spanish LaLiga giants permanently, but Hansi Flick’s side is still considering alternatives.
The report added that Neto is one of the attacking players on Barcelona’s radar after receiving ‘very positive technical reports’ from the club’s scouting department.
It is yet to be seen if Neto, who is currently in his second season with Chelsea, will leave the Premier League west London club for Barcelona at the end of the season.
Neto joined the Blues in a £54 million deal from Wolves in August 2024.
