Ajax defender, Jorrel Hato has signed a seven-year deal with Chelsea today.
According to football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, Hato signed the deal after completing his medical with the Premier League west London club.
The Blues are now expected to officially release a statement to announce Hato’s signature.
Meanwhile, in another related development, RB Leipzig midfielder, Xavi Simons has chosen to join Chelsea.
Simons, who has no injury issues, wants to leave Leipzig for the Premier League west London club this summer.
The 22-year-old was not included in Leipzig’s squad to face Atalanta in a friendly on Saturday, in a bid to show his clear desire to join the Blues.
