Napoli appear to have made new demands as they try to offload Victor Osimhen this summer.
Osimhen is keen to return to Galatasaray on a permanent basis, after spending last season on loan in Istanbul.
But the Turkish champions have now seen several offers turned down by Napoli so far.
According to football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, the latest rejection came on Monday.
The former Serie A champions are asking for an initial payment of €40m and €35m to be paid by 2026, plus a sell-on clause.
Romano wrote on X: “Galatasaray reject Napoli new conditions for Victor Osimhen deal, talks will continue… if conditions change again.
“Napoli asked for €40m now plus €35m to be paid by 2026 plus sell-on clause.
“Galatasaray want to pay €35m by 2027 and refuse to include sell-on clause.”
