UNIZIK student reportedly slumps and d!es while playing football

A 300-level Microbiology student of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, identified as Tochi Martins Attah, reportedly slumped and d!ed while playing football.   It was gathered that the incident occurred on the premises of Elmada Hostel on Monday morning, July 7, 2025.   Tochi, popularly known as T-funds, is a younger brother to Hon. Dr. Simon Attah, the chairman of the All progressive Congress (APC) in Igbo-Etiti LGA of Enugu State.  According to reports, the deceased recently switched to a medical course.   The President of Useh Youths, Engr. Sabastine Aku, confirmed the incident in a statement.  With heavy heart but total submission to God's will, the Attah family and entire Useh Village sadly announce the passing of our son, brother and friend, Late Dr. Attah Tochi Martins (a. k. a. T-Funds Exchange), younger Brother to Hon. Dr. Simon Attah, the current Party chairman All progressive Congress (APC), Igbo-Etiti LGA of Enugu State. He departed suddenly while playing football.
