According to the embattled Kogi lawmaker, her passport was withheld after Senate President Godswill Akpabio instructed the Comptroller General of the Nigerian Immigration Services (NIS), to seize her passport at the airport prevent her from travelling.
The lawmaker who made the allegation in a live Facebook broadcast on Tuesday morning, said after completing the celebration of her second year in office, said she decided to take a week off and travel out of the country but on getting to the airport, she realized that her passport had been withheld again without any explanation.
