Iran has employed cluster missiles in its latest strike on Tel Aviv, targeting central Israel and inflicting substantial damage.
According to Israel’s Channel 12, debris from the missiles was scattered across the city and its outskirts late Thursday.
The report highlighted significant fires and extensive material destruction resulting from the Iranian bombardment.
Eyewitness accounts shared with Anadolu noted that three specific locations within and around Tel Aviv experienced notable damage due to the attacks.
Since February 28, Iran has consistently launched missiles and drones at Israel and Gulf nations housing U.S. military bases.
These assaults have led to casualties and damaged various civilian infrastructures, including ports and residential areas.
Tehran claims the strikes are retaliatory measures against a US-Israeli military operation that has resulted in the deaths of hundreds, including key figures like Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
