Iran has called on the United Nations Secretary-General, António Guterres, to remain neutral in the ongoing tensions between the Islamic Republic and the United States and its ally, Israel.
Iran made this call in a statement on Friday as it faces what it described as an unjustified attack from two nuclear-armed countries.
“You just have to remain neutral,” it told the United Nations boss.
It could be recalled that there has been a crisis between Iran and the United States/Israel.
DAILY POST had reported that last Saturday, the two countries launched air strikes on Iran, resulting in the death of its Supreme Leader and many other top political officials.
Iran, in retaliation has been launching its own missiles on the various cities of Israel, as well as other neighbouring countries.
