United States President, Donald Trump, says the objectives of the US in the ongoing war in Iran is ‘nearing completion.
Trump stated this while addressing the Americans on Wednesday at the White House.
He stressed that the US has eliminated Iran’s navy, which is now absolutely destroyed.
The Republican added that the America has also hurt their air force and their missile programme at levels never seen before, and has annihilated their defense industrial base.
“Our core strategic objectives in Iran are nearing completion. We are going to finish the job. And we’re going to finish it very fast. We’re getting very close.
“We’ve done all of it; their navy is gone. Their air force is gone. Their missiles are just about used up or beaten,” Trump said.
Recall that trouble began on February 28 when the United States, in collaboration with Israel, launched an offensive attack at Iran, killing its Supreme Leader and many others.
In retaliation, Iran has fired drones and ballistic missiles at every US interests across the Middle East.
In the same way, Iran has also launched repeated attacks on Israel, destroying its infrastructure and killing many people.
The United States has so far recorded over 300 injured soldiers, while many others paid the ultimate prize.
