Investors gained N6.79 trillion as the equity market enjoyed a bullish trading week.
The market gained in all five trading sessions as equity capitalisation surged to N117 trillion from N110.2 trillion recorded last week, while the All-Share Index (ASI) also appreciated by 6.16% to close the week at 182,313.08 from the 171,727.49 recorded the previous week.
The market performance was boosted by strong performances from stocks like Zichis Agro Allied Industries Plc, Daar Communications Plc and Union Dicon Salt Plc which performed credibly to secure their places among the top ten best-performing stocks last week, positioning themselves as stocks to watch in the new week.
