Manchester United legend Roy Keane has stated that Michael Carrick deserves to be appointed the clubs manager on a permanent basis following his impressive start in charge. Keane, who had previously been critical of the idea, softened his stance after Carrick guided the Red Devils to notable victories over Manchester City and Arsenal. Speaking on The Overlap, Keane expressed his support for Carrick being handed the role full-time, praising both his timing and early impact. I hope they give it to him, Keane said. But I think hes doing a good job.
