Cole Palmer scored a brace, while Joao Pedro added a third, as the Blues ran riot at the MetLife Stadium.
After the final game, Palmer was named Best Player of the Tournament.
Real Madrid striker, Gonzalo Garcia, finished as the competition’s top scorer.
PSG’s Desire Doue was named Young Player of the Tournament and Chelsea’s Robert Sanchez won Goalkeeper of the Tournament.
