The Robins will host Chelsea at the 12,600 capacity Racecourse Ground on Saturday (today).
Chelsea, who dispatched another Sky Bet Championship club, Hull City in the previous round are overwhelming favourites to win the tie.
Okonkwo is, however adamant they can qualify for the next round at the expense of Liam Rosenior’s side.
“We always have the opportunity to create history here. Every season we play here, and every season I’ve had at Wrexham, there’s always been something we’ve been able to achieve,” he said ahead of the game.
Okonkwo face Chelsea regularly during his time with Arsenal ‘s youth team.
