United States President, Donald Trump has expressed sadness over the death of American author and cartoonist, Scott Adams.
In a post on his Truth Social account on Tuesday, Trump offered his condolences to Adams’ family as he described him as a great influencer.
“Sadly, the Great Influencer, Scott Adams, has passed away,” Trump said.
“He was a fantastic guy, who liked and respected me when it was not fashionable to do so.”
“My condolences are with his family, and all of his many friends and listeners. He will be truly missed.”
Adams passed away at the age of 68 after battling with metastatic prostate cancer.
Prior to becoming a full-time cartoonist in 1995, Adams held various corporate positions throughout his career.
