A Nigerian man, Ibro Musa, who claims to love his wife so much, said she has stopped checking his phone because every time she did, it resulted in premium tears. He disclosed this while reacting to a comment by a lady who lamented about the love messages her husband sends to another woman. However, a marriage therapist, Shamseddin Giwa, called him out, saying that he doesn't love his wife as he claims because true love is kind. Dear Mr Ibro, If every time your wife checks your phone, she finds things that make her cry then you probably do not love your wife, he wrote. The fact that your tone of expression coveys pride over it makes it even worse and that you think its something to publicly brag about completes the story. If she has stopped talking about it, it can be because she has started to check out of the marriage, she has found her peace with something else or someone (could be friend, family, colleague, children etc) or she is completely battered in the marriage to take this sort of treatment. Being a leader and husband is not about subjecting ones wife to abuse and poor treatment then call it love. Love is transparent, it is kind and it considers the emotions involved. You are not doing that. Again sir, if you are constantly doing things that make her cry and you are proud of it, you do not love her.
