Real Madrid legend, Toni Kroos, has named Bayern Munich’s Manuel Neuer as the best goalkeeper of all time.
Kroos and Neuer were former teammates at Bayern Munich in the past.
“Manuel Neuer is the best GK of all time. It’s certain. Manu has his own GK game. Only he has that. Only GK who’s fun to watch,” Kroos said via Madrid Zone as quoted by Sportskeeda.
“He has an unbelievable aura with his movements and elegance. For the WC, he is also still the best German GK by far. No debate.”
Neuer, 40, has been putting in excellent performances for Vincent Kompany’s side this season.
He has made 543 appearances for the Bundesliga giants, keeping 245 clean sheets.
Neuer has won 12 Bundesliga titles and two UEFA Champions League trophies, among other trophies.
