Reality TV star, Ese Eriata, tackles IG user for judging women who have kids out of wedlock

Big Brother Naija star,  Eriata Ese has taken a swipe at a Nigerian woman who bashed her for having a child out of wedlock. It all started when Eriata shared a photo of herself on social media and the troll condemned unmarried mothers.  In a fiery response, Eriata wrote: Hardworking wife, abeg try shut up and focus on your marriage. Them no dey pick husband for ground carry go house. Ndi ala cho cho cho. The actress expanded on her views on Snapchat, urging people to stop judging women without understanding their personal struggles or reasons for choosing a different life path.  Inasmuch as marriage is a good thing, some people dont think or wonder why a person chose a certain path, she said. You dont know my past, if Ive been abused, have trauma, or trust issues Im healing from. You dont know if Im waiting for something to click before I say yes to marriage or if Im still working on myself to be someones peace. Yet, people jump online to type nonsense because commenting is free. Eriata also condemned the societal pressure on women regarding marriage and motherhood, pointing out how women are shamed regardless of their choices. Youll hear, Once youre 30+, just have your kids. When you do, theyll ask, Wheres the father? If you wait for marriage, theyll say youre too old. When love finally comes, theyll question why the man didnt marry a younger girl.
