Vitor Pereira says "I must accept but I don't agree" with the referee's decision not to disallow Manchester United's second goal, after Bryan Mbeumo appeared to use his upper arm to control the ball in the build-up, in Nottingham Forest's 3-2 defeat at Old Trafford in the Premier League.
