Jennifer Lopez is reflecting on one of the most difficult turning points in her life, and she says it came after her divorce from Ben Affleck.Appearing on the "SmartLess" podcast, J Lo revealed that the split pushed her to do something she had long avoided: sitting alone with her own thoughts and, as she put it, "f***ing figure" herself out.The singer said she stopped searching for answers elsewhere and turned the focus inward, admitting there was no one to blame but herself, and describing the period as deeply confusing.Fast forward two years, and Lopez says she is a completely different person from the woman she was in 2024, when she and Affleck called it quits after less than two years of marriage.
