‘Tinubu can’t be defeated through anger’ – Adebayo reveals how President can lose in 2027

Social Democratic Party, SDP, presidential candidate in 2023, Adewole Adebayo, has hinted on how to defeat President Bola Tinubu in 2027.

Adebayo said Tinubu can’t be defeated through rabble rousing and anger but only through highlighting issues affecting Nigerians that his administration can’t address.

In an interview on Trust TV, Adebayo said: “You can’t defeat Tinubu by rabble rousing and anger, you have to raise issues because he’s in charge of government and he’s not delivering, which is the objective analysis of it.

“A few people who are required to pretend like they don’t know, this is not the economy I prayed for four years ago. You can’t take me to be a lazy person because I have insufficient savings and I’m feeling it.”

Adebayo lamented that the current economy is unsustainable for Nigerians because workers are finding it difficult to pay their bills.

“I have seen a lot of people across the country who are citizens, who are qualified, working very hard, even government employees at the middle and upper level who can’t pay their bills,” he added.
