Trending video shows moment were children were rescued from a flooded house

A video showing the moment residents of an area teamed up to rescue little children trapped in a flooded house has made the rounds on social media. A heavy downpour in the area resulted in serious flooding that took over the entire area and trapped the children who obviously couldn't swim to safety.  The trending video shows a man swimming into an apartment to rescue four children, including a toddler, one at a time. He swam into the building, brought out one child, swam out, and handed the child to another man who was already on the rooftop made of sink.
