Paul Onuachu extended his scoring form to six consecutive matches as Trabzonspor defeated Gaziantep 2-1 in their Turkish Super Lig encounter on Sunday.
Mohamed Bayo gave Gaziantep the lead in the 22nd minute.
Trabzonspor responded almost immediately, with Felipe Augusto restoring parity two minutes later.
Onuachu netted the winning goal for the visitors three minutes before the half hour mark.
The goal was the forward’s 35th for the Black Sea Storm, and it elevated him to fifth place among Trabzonspor’s highest-scoring foreign players in history.
The victory keeps Trabzonspor third in the Super Lig standings with 48 points.
