Nigeria’s Flamingos have discovered their potential group opponents at the 2026 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.

The African qualifiers is still in the second round stage, with four teams expected to book a spot at the competition.

Nigeria will be away to Guinea in the first leg of the qualifying fixture in Abidjan this weekend.

The Flamingos will host their fellow West Africans in the second leg at the Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne next week Saturday.

They will face the winner of the tie between neighbours Benin Republic and Sierra Leone in the final qualifying round if they scale through the hurdle.

The Flamingos will occupy CAF Slot 1, which has been placed in Group B, if they secure qualification for the tournament.

Holders Korea DPR, Poland, Puerto Rico are the other teams in the group.

Morocco will host the competition from from October 17 to November 7, 2026.
