Paris Saint-Germain manager, Luis Enrique, believes his team is ahead of Arsenal in motivation to win the UEFA Champions League because they are hungry to defend their title.

Enrique’s side would become just the second club to successfully retain the Champions League in the modern era if they beat Arsenal on Saturday evening in Budapest.

When asked about Arsenal seeking a first Champions League trophy, Enrique replied at his pre-match press conference, “Yes, that is powerful, but you know how powerful trying to win the second one in a row is?

“It’s bigger. So we are ahead,” the former Barcelona coach added.

PSG and Arsenal head to the final after beating Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid, respectively, in the semi-final stage.
